Is there a way to highlight active tab with a line instead of box like this theme?

Is there a way to set context menu color in with css?
it seem they change the rule ? however maybe i can tried Firefox-UWP-Style this might be the fastest wat to solve it

Whats the deal with the huge urlbar the mozilla-devs trying to enforce on everybody?
I'm using UWP-Style Firefox and am quite happy with it (though I edit the scroll bars and added, that on hover on a tab the icon changes to the close button (cause of many tabs))
