I bought a Drop Alt and I can’t customize lighting please help
looks good to me. windows even marked them as binary file. They are not made for you to open them, but upload in special program (mdloader i guess). Just read unstructions from here https://github.com/Massdrop/mdloader

How Do I Change The Default Rgb Pattern On My
This is all you need to enable smartEEPROM. If you haven't already I suggest you flash your board with qmk default rgb modes (there are like 50 vs the 7-8 from the stock board), and that's even easier that enabling smartEEPROM. Just download it from here and follow this video or any other on youtube, it's really straightforward.
