How do you remember all the zsh flags, qualifiers, etc
I can't. That's why I wrote the zman plugin. It lets me use fzf to search the Zsh documentation using the keywords from the indexes. `man` and even `Google` felt too much like fumbling in the dark when it came to finding what I needed in the Zsh docs.

save yourself time and use autosuggestions/autocompletions fish shell does it by default, zsh needs a plugin https://github.com/marlonrichert/zsh-autocomplete (this one has a video showcasing it)
