REST, GraphQL API testing with declarative YAML specs
would like to introduce Just-API, An open source framework that I built to help people with testing APIs.

Front End UI Test Automation With Mock API
To test the API, I recommend a proper API testing framework that can run a full test suite without you having to write a single test case. In this area, I recommend Dredd and schemathesis. These frameworks will get you covered when it comes to ensuring that the API server complies with the API specification. You may find Dredd a bit confusing at the beginning, in which case I recommend a tutorial I wrote a while ago about testing with Dredd. In addition, you can consider using just-apis, which allows you to define your own test cases for the API in YAML files (so no programming required).

LndHub - Wrapper for Lightning Network Daemon. It provides separate accounts for end-users
purest - REST API Client Library
prism - Turn any OpenAPI2/3 and Postman Collection file into an API server with mocking, transformations and validations.
router-benchmark - Benchmark of the most commonly used http routers
smoke - :dash: Simple yet powerful file-based mock server with recording abilities
contentful-graphql-vs-rest - A look at the difference between how to fetch and render linked assets and entries in the Rich Text field in Contentful.
wretch - A tiny wrapper built around fetch with an intuitive syntax. :candy:
godog-http-api - Skeleton that allows to write E2E tests for HTTP API with use of framework godog and test library gdutils.
