C# SDK or Library
There a two SDK's on the Matrix website. That one of VRocker https://github.com/VRocker/MatrixAPI seems to be abandoned and does not support E2EE, that one of baking-bad https://github.com/baking-bad/matrix-dotnet-sdk seems to require a special Matrix Server.
