One plugin in particular (Nest-Cam https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-nest-cam), seems to be trying to open different ports every time you click on the camera preview to start the live stream (the plugin uses this system https://www.npmjs.com/package/get-port)

So to run isolated integration tests against the webserver, we start a transaction, start a new webserver using the transaction as the database on an available port, run the test, stop the webserver, and roll back the transaction.
