Lol the way it seems to do this is by simulating swiping on the trackpad really hard. I.e. create a synthetic CGEvent with the undocumented but well-known fields set to treat it as a fluid swipe event, then just put a large number in the swipe amount.

wacom 16 pro drivers problem..
There's a chance this patched version of the driver could help. Not totally sure if it supports your tablet since this patch is typically used to get older tablets working again. https://github.com/thenickdude/wacom-driver-fix/releases/tag/patch-10-bamboo

Intuos 3 (PTZ1230) driver for MacBook Pro M2 (Ventura 13.2.1)
There is a fellow on here who used to make drivers for older tablets. I think this might work?
