This is pretty stock Home Assistant. I think the slider bars might be using https://github.com/benct/lovelace-multiple-entity-row but everything else looks pretty out-of-the-box

Which smart home hub do you prefer & why?
The home assistant community also shines for things like this. There's a whole forum section where people share their custom themes and interfaces (like Dwains Dashboard for example). There's hundreds of "custom cards" which are basically user interface elements created by the community and shared with each other that add extra functionality (one example would be the vacuum card).
