Disruptive Tech?
The biggest new tech project I'm aware of that is trying to use software to disrupt capitalism is Black Socialists in America's Dual Power app (https://dualpower.app/) which isn't that disruptive in terms of tech at all, it's just using fairly normal tech to help people do a specific thing.
