Single network static IP.
Thanks! I added network locations and it works, i used this tool to change the netowork location automatically, based on the Wi-Fi name.

M2 really slow using ffmpeg compared to M1 Max
must be thermal throttling if you’re encoding x265 you can maybe squeeze more performance using this script to build ffmpeg from source https://github.com/Vargol/ffmpeg-apple-arm64-build
