Local-persist plugin vs. Bind mounts
Until now I've been using the local-persist plugin to persist my data on my host system. But it seems, correct me if I'm wrong, that plugin isn't working with V2.

The nearest I could get to a decent solution is by using a Docker Plugin called local-persist https://github.com/MatchbookLab/local-persist but then again I got a problem.
