Neoscroller: a smooth scrolling plugin written in lua
Since I don't know Vimscript that well it is very hard to read the source code of other smooth scrolling implementations and modify them to my needs. Yes, I know about neo-smooth-scroll.nvim but it is too simple for my needs and it looks unmantained.

What neovim plugins do you wish existed?
interesting. This would likely also be quite a small and easy plugin. I gave it a google and there is neo-smooth-scroll.nvim. Could you try that one out and see if you see any smoother animation. If it gets any better I can write one that I will maintain :)
