How do I create a hotspot while connected to WiFi network (AP)

Questions regarding 5GHz WiFi Hotspots
Na, not an issue. I create them from kde network applet itself. There are some utilities like linux-wifi-hotspot that I have had good experience with and work with any DE

The good ending
Do you mean for creating a hotspot? I’ve never tried doing that but have you looked into using various packages out there such as this one instead of the hotspot tool that ubuntu provides by default?

hotspot/adhoc plugin request. or how do I create a plugin?
I want to add https://github.com/lakinduakash/linux-wifi-hotspot as a plugin for decky loader. I'm very much still new to Linux. Although I do run Ubuntu on my jellyfin server and have some basic experience with that. If someone could ether add this as a plugin or give me some sources to read and watch to do it my self that would be awesome!
- Linux WiFi Hotspot use the same wifi card that's already connected to wifi to create a Hotspot similar to windows 10. Works on Ubuntu some people said it works on Fedora as well. Not sure if works on any other distros but it's worth trying.
- In case some of you guys missed it a about a month ago. use the same wifi card that's already in use as a wifi hot spot similar to Windows 10

Any tips for a starter to Ubuntu
I have something better than a tip. I have the answer to a possible problem you may or may not experience at some point down the road. That is creating a working Hotspot using the same wifi card that's already in use and connected to a wifi already. Similar to windows 10. Let me 1st say this is not my work I did not create this. I was told it's not possible I even asked this sub and i got the same answers it's not possible on Linux not taking no for an answer I spent months upon months searching high and low. Until I found something here's the link. https://github.com/lakinduakash/linux-wifi-hotspot for whatever reason you may want to have this be an option on your machine one day....

Does anyone else run dual internet providers at home?
I combine them with Speedify connection bonding, running on a Raspberry Pi router with SmoothWAN OpenWRT software.

Bonded Router
I'm not savvy enough to understand half of this, but here is a little critique of MPTC from the guy developing SmoothWAN which uses Speedify for bonding:
-
Internet on the road...sharing public wifi with all devices?
Personally, I would do a Speedify multi-WAN router (smoothwan) on a RaspberryPi or similar with a cellular modem or two coming in set as secondary connections and a 'travel router' set as the primary connection, and it can connect to wifi networks at RV sites, Walmart parking lot, etc. Use this one with an external antenna mounted outside the RV. Then you still need a wireless Access Point, any compact wifi router could work if you're aiming for cheap, compact, and simple, or a Ubiquiti or TP-Link Omanda WAP if you want a more feature rich AP.
-
Backup connection for Starlink? Merging two Internet sources.
Speedify is a decent product. If you are looking for a router type setup check out SmoothWan. It is a project that runs speedify on OpenWRT.

Speedify alternatives? / Network load balancing software between multiple connections. (For macOS)
Personally, I pay for Speedify, and I have it set up in my router, which is actually a Raspberry Pi 4, using this great OpenWRT adaptation: https://github.com/TalalMash/SmoothWAN
