Lightning Terminal: Your Home for Lightning Liquidity (by lightninglabs)
charge-lnd
charge-lnd is a simple policy based fee manager for LND. With this tool you can set fees to autobalance, recover channel open costs, use on-chain fees as reference, use channel activity to determine fees or just use static fees. (by accumulator)

What are best tools for ground up bitcoin/lightning node?
I like RTL, services like loopd for channel rebalancing or if you're so inclined, the whole lightning terminal package. I love jochen's mempool explorer (source code) when estimating fees. I use blockstream's block explorer esplora (source) for my block explorer. There's so many fun tools out there I can't even come close to naming them all.

Rebalancing Channels
I use charge-lnd to adjust fees proportionally to the channel state encouraging outflow if most the sats are on my side, and discouraging further outflow if most sats are already on the peer side.

Why “Fat Protocol Thesis” will be proven correct with Bitcoin and how we get over $1M soon
I made a bit more than OP on fees using my node, since I discovered charge-lnd to automate fees, see https://github.com/accumulator/charge-lnd and also do your research and open good channels to good routing nodes :)
