Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Anyone want to share some embedded projects they have done?
Currently working on a bootloader for my LED cube controller boards. It's still work in progress.

What are your recommended repositories to learn embedded systems from? You can share your own repository!
Shared my project/repo the other other day in this sub. If you're interested in taking a peek at bare-metal firmware for the higher end MCUs from Microchip (pic32's): https://github.com/LimpSquid/led-controller

DIY Electric Car, Need HV (~600vdc) Overvoltage Relay, what would you use?
Here's a BMS system I started developing to give you ideas. If there is enough interest in it I will continue development. https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1/

BMS for recovered 18650s?
Looks like it should work. There are other BMS's out there that also control heaters. I built one myself, but it's a prototype and doesn't do cell balancing yet. https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1

MCU regulated buck converter
yep, I've done it lots of times. My most recent one being this monstrosity: https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1

How to escape arduino hell?
Here, I wrote this mostly from scratch: https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1/tree/master/firmware/EVBatteryCTRLv1.X

Current draw from Li-ion battery during short circuit
As for me, I'm going to continue limiting my batteries current the way I described above as I tend to get really good results what with keeping the battery at it's nominal voltage through it's discharge cycle. Here, I even built a controller to do just that: https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1

A highly accurate clock I made using an ovenised crystal
Would I write it in C today knowing what I know now? No. The reason is these early PICs aren't optimized for C code like the fast more powerful dsPICs and PIC32's are. For those I do use C, but for the 8 bit ones I use assembly because due to the limited instruction set it's easy, and the C compilers don't always create efficient code just the way I want it. I have a hard enough time writing efficient code for the dsPICs, but that's partly due to my limited experience. Here's an example of that. https://github.com/RingingResonance/BTMSrev1/tree/master/firmware/EVBatteryCTRLv1.X
