Deceive if you wanna be sneaky, ChallengesAreEvil if you want your problems to disappear and finally a youtube guide for how to change language. Enjoy

It's a hidden Summoner Icon, you literally can't buy it or get it via chest the only way to get it is via External Programm

There's another one I use if you want to check it out here that also let's you disenchant all the champ shards and other things.
