LCU Enhancement Suite is your best friend.

There's another one I use if you want to check it out here that also let's you disenchant all the champ shards and other things.

You can download this Github Programm. It is an easy tool to disenchant multiple shards etc. in one go.

Your best bet is HextechButBetter.

And now the better part - you can mass disenchant/exchange stuff. If you can't be bothered with the garbage Hextech UI and animations then try HextechButBetter: https://github.com/MaciejGorczyca/HextechButBetter/releases/latest

Obligatory. Super cool client tool that lets you mass disenchant or enchant, even works with event tokens. Riot has stated this tool is allowed btw (since it's just automating actions that don't give you any advantage or free content).
