The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.

Here's a little script that I use regularly when I play league that changes runes by scraping u.gg: https://github.com/rustyxlol/LCU-Change-Runes/ Had to use selenium because the runes on u.gg are dynamically generated.
