I've proposed such solution in Lagrange feature request. What do you think?

Using a terminal, the old lynx browser is probably the most widely available and user-friendly client.

Lagrange is sort of the Netscape of Gemini. It works on all the major desktop and mobile OSes. Personally prefer Elaho (iOS) or Buran (Android) for mobile

Notable features compared to currently available solutions are: supports both network and dynamic cosmetic filtering, automatic filter lists updating, element picker/zapper and a simple GUI (optional, configuration is also possible purely through text files). It's written in C, but uses the adblock-rust library written in Rust by the team that stands behind the Brave browser. Based on limited testing (https://adblock-tester.com/), the extension gets the same score as uBlock Origin (100%). I'm looking for some feedback - what works, what doesn't, what features are missing, what you like/dislike etc. The README should contain everything you need to know, but I will gladly answer any questions.

What about blockit[0]? It does implement some of the features you need. It's still a WIP, but I'm actively working on it and it uses the adblock-rust library from Brave, which is already able to compete with uBlock Origin.
