Best 3rd party interface for Interactive Brokers?

Python script to restart TWS?
For the concrete code, I use my own TWS API wrapper, the code is public. The bug could be replicated by starting that driver and calling the url specified below for each stock in the list. It's doing basically the same things I described before, gets list of option contracts, and then gets price for each.
