Dialer: Simple Dialer (MD3) works fine. Koler (MD3) has a better UI, even than Google Dialer IMO, but it needs to have some bugs fixed and the notification runtime permission updated. Right Dialer (iOS-like/MD3) works fine too but I don't really like it; plus, I didn't compile the GitHub version, so, can't tell.

Simple dialer, imo best
- Finally ditched almost all proprietary apps and hosted my own home server for media streaming and files/photo sharing. (Still using WhatsApp, Classroom and some food ordering apps though)

If you only want to leave the screen on during phone calls, you can use Simple Dialer which has an option to leave the screen on: Disable proximity sensor during calls.
- Simple dialer having issues I have disconnected the call hours ago , it's still showing , u can see the time right there. Any alternative out there?

Can you try a different dialer app like Simple Dialer or Koler? See if the issue still persists. Please be sure to turn off Bluetooth, WiFi, etc. just in case.
