Character Leveling and Tracking
I just did a very similar thing, they created the initial characters in Pathbuilder, then imported with Pathmuncher. I don't know if v11 breaks it, I'm still on v10 until more of my modules get updates. It worked like 99% correct (one of the backgrounds a player had was not matching).

This is hard to say. We have already character tool importer (Pathmuncher) but we would need to see if Demiplane provide their API.

New user, repeat "validation errors"
there is a new module capable to import patbuilder characters in foundry, pathmuncher but it is still in an early release version so it could have some issue.

MrPrimate, the guy who wrote/maintains the DDB importer, has indeed put out a pathbuilder importer. I haven't tested it, and the last time someone tried to maintain a similar module they gave up because the foundry system moved too quickly to keep up with given their effort, but this is very in his wheelhouse, conceptually, so maybe this time'll be different. It really isn't that much effort to transfer choices from PB to Foundry though, especially with a little QoL support.
