Integrated backup/restore system
How many times have you asked yourself "What a gorgeous customization! I wish I could make a backup and do the same thing on my other setups!" ? Well, I've done more thousand times! I know there are widgets like Plasma Customization Saver or scripts such as transfuse,konsave,kde-plasma-backup, etc. But nothing replaces native stuff! I would suggest creating an integrated option to backup and restore system settings (themes, icons, shortcuts, windows rules, arrangement of applications in panels, favorite apps, wallpapers, etc). You can even recognize the list of applications which can be installed and give the user the option to select which apps to be installed. That would be awesome!!
- You can now save your Plasma configuration in an instant!

Planning on upgrading my production Kubuntu to latest version. How do I backup kde settings?
A cleaner solution would be to use https://github.com/rubenaleman/kde-plasma-backup but I can't guarantee anything as I have not personally used it yet. Looking at the script itself shows where to find many if not all of the important config locations though.

DE with simple(r) config design?
I never said otherwise. And if i look what this script for KDE tries to backup I'd say this is far from what I'm looking at.
- Is theres a way to install my kde setup

Plasma reset at every startup the desktop settings
There some community attempts to solve this problem https://gitlab.com/cscs/transfuse and https://store.kde.org/p/1298955/
What are some alternatives?
When comparing kde-plasma-backup and transfuse you can also consider the following projects:
konsave - A command line program written in Python to let you backup your dotfiles and switch to other ones in an instant. Works out-of-the box on KDE Plasma!
mackup - Keep your application settings in sync (OS X/Linux)
