Is there a way to transfer configuration of the KDE plasma desktop from one device to another? Anything as seamless as dotfiles? And if so, how extensive is its capabilities?

https://github.com/shalva97/kde-configuration-files in this repository are noted many config files for different KDE related stuff. and also some handful of commands that might help you to automatize workflow. Examples like using kwriteconfig5 for different files.
"Notifications" in the system tray says "Do Not Disturb Mode until -292275056-05-17", and even if I turn it off, it will be enabled again after re-login.
