Front End UI Test Automation With Mock API
To test the API, I recommend a proper API testing framework that can run a full test suite without you having to write a single test case. In this area, I recommend Dredd and schemathesis. These frameworks will get you covered when it comes to ensuring that the API server complies with the API specification. You may find Dredd a bit confusing at the beginning, in which case I recommend a tutorial I wrote a while ago about testing with Dredd. In addition, you can consider using just-apis, which allows you to define your own test cases for the API in YAML files (so no programming required).

You could use something like https://github.com/BlueWallet/LndHub which is a software on top of LND that allows for multiple accounts. So you could run the LND and manage the channels while having multiple clients that don't have to bother with all of that but just use create accounts on top of our setup to utilize the lightning network.

BlueWallet relies on what are called LndHubs, essentially an account system on top of a lightning node. By default, BlueWallet uses their own LndHub when you install their app. But you can provide your own. You could either manually set up an LndHub, or use this incredibly simple solution:
