I need help with converting a photo
You can use Juroku to generate images at higher resolution. More recently as well, Sanjuuni, which allows you to do photos, videos, and audio. Note for the audio though is that you must have CC 1.100.0 and above for it to work, preferably latest.

I couldn't tell you how to use it any more than that though -- as I've never used them. I can tell you that Juroku can be used to convert images into programs that draw the images. You may be able to dissect it to see how it works.

I highly recommend Sanjuuni for things like this. You can only get so high of an effective resolution in CC.
