Need help understanding my issue with labels
i'm currently trying to import weather data from a FROST-Server into my prometheus instance. I'm trying to use the JSON-Exporter for that purpose. The FROST-Server has a REST-API, that returns JSON data objects.

The right tool for pulling data from random via REST API.
I find https://github.com/prometheus-community/json_exporter but looks like it does not support oauth2.

How to see Temperature data?
But if I were doing this, I would skip SNMP and use the JSON sensor API and the json_exporter. It should be much easier to configure on Windows, since there's no SNMP requirement.

From a REST Api to a Time serie
If I understand correctly you need a service that periodically polls your IoT API (you don’t state how frequently - once a day? Once a second? 1,000 times per second? The data velocity is very important when considering how to solve this problem) and then creates a time series of the IoT data. If the IoT data is in JSON format (you don’t specify that) you could use something like this: https://github.com/prometheus-community/json_exporter

How to see Temperature data?
So I looked this up. It's pretty basic from a MIB standpoint. I made an example generator.yml config file for you.

Observium alternatives due to polling intervals
Specifically for JunOS, I wrote a special config that limits the number of metrics and breaks things up to avoid slowness.

SNMP OID to poll to determine if a LAG member is down?
I have some need for this myself. This is my JunOS generator.yml. If I figure out anything useful for LACP, I'll post it there.
