The episode number and the exact time for the scene would make it easier for people to help you. Alternatively, you can find Japanese subtitles online, and sync it up with the video file. There's a plugin for Crunchyroll's player you can get that does it. See here.

How do I look up a new Kanji in the most effective way?
Stick to digital content. Specifically, the kind you can consume in your browser so you can easily copy and paste or utilize Yomichan for instant lookups. This doesn't just work for text-only content like books, stories and websites. You can watch subtitled videos in your browser using sites like https://video.fluentcards.com/. For games, pick one that has the Japanese script available online. For some titles like Ace Attorney, Chrono Trigger or Tales of Vesperia there are even sites that have the English and Japanese dialogue side by side, which makes following along and looking things up a breeze.
