Just a personal opinion: but please enable katex on a post basis instead of enabling it globally. Also consider using https://github.com/linjer/jekyll-katex so you don't need to also rely on katex js and browser-side rendering, just katex css.

I followed the steps in this blog and cloned my resulting repo. Now I can use Obsidian as my website CMS and text editor!

Hi, There's jekyll-paginate-v2 which can be used to paginate collections and blog posts. It exposes some tags you can use for it https://github.com/sverrirs/jekyll-paginate-v2/blob/master/README-GENERATOR.md
