Try using https://github.com/itzg/rcon-cli/, you will need to enable rcon in your server.properties

Super proud right now. A week ago I finally decided to try vehicle modding and set out to make something goofy. Now it actually exists and I can drive it around in the game. I introduce to you... the Dustbuster Van!
