Cloudflare DDNS works fine on UDM Pro
I've tried to set up Cloudflare DDNS on my UDM Pro through the GUI but it wouldn't work. Then I started looking at the docs for inadyn and saw that it had built-in support for cloudflare. So I just manually modified inadyn.conf and it works fine.

Creating a Server without a Static IP
You could use a dynamic dns service like dyn.com or if you own a domain and have it hosted for example at cloudflare you could use scripts to update via API or tools like inadyn to update. Inadyn supports a wide variety of services to update domains dynamically. https://github.com/troglobit/inadyn

Is there a way to host a Flask app on a Raspberry Pi and connect my Domain?
You can use dynamic DNS for this (https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/dns/glossary/dynamic-dns/). There are a bunch of services out there like https://account.dyn.com/ or https://www.noip.com/ or there are solutions you can run inside your own network that will watch your ip and update your dns for you when it detects a change like https://github.com/troglobit/inadyn#build--install
