see IdleCombos. File -> Idle Champions Settings -> Framerate. a basic function added to a great free utility contributed by our friends the scripters ;) I think very high framerates enable faster spawning, but haven't messed with it in depth myself. May also be possible by directly manually editing the localSettings.json? (Which I can't even find, so...I've reached the limits of my usefulness here probably!)

Have you tried redeeming through IdleCombos? Really makes things a lot easier, since the incendar site has text at the bottom where you can just copy-paste all of the recent codes.

I'm playing on EGS and so far didn't have any troubles with external tools or sites that need some game information (byteglow or kleho's site, or idlecombos if you're using the latest version from https://github.com/dhusemann/idlecombos/)

https://github.com/QuickMythril/idlecombos This script uses the same apis as the game uses to buy or open chests for you as well as giving a bunch of useful data. The only problem is you have to close the game while opening chests or you could lose consumables like potions and bounty contracts
