[Tutorial] Audible DRM removal
Ffmpeg's decryption libraries are a bit slow however, and does not support aaxc decryption. If you're interested in command line decryption there's https://github.com/VarSell/iAmDeaf (disclosure, made by me), which uses AAXClean for decryption/writing, surpassing Ffmpeg's speed by miles. It will also automatically retrieve your activation bytes using rcrack.

- Book got paywalled with 1 hour left..

It's liberation time, my 1100+ audiobook (all that I paid for) are getting safely backed up.
Sounds like a bug. I hesitate to say how to fix this issue with the usual means since it's already in a not usual condition. If you'd like to open a ticket here, we can help.

Long term relationship ending. Downloading my books that we bought on his account via audible. What do I do now to ensure I can listen to them?
Author of Libation here. Sorry you're having trouble. Apple wants us to pay an annual fee to be on their safe list. I have neither the money nor inclination to pay for their protection scam.
