Can't Install Yiddish keyboard on Deepin 20 (Deepin 20 is based off of Debian 10)

How to add a better yiddish keyboard?
The pre installed yiddish keyboard in Fedora 33 is terrible IMO and I want to use this keyboard https://github.com/nevillepark/yiddish-keys-linux but I dont know how to get it working in Fedora 33
