What stats are you trying to check? AFAIK to get feedback on total pool hashpower you need to install some dedicated pooling software, like This or That. With that you also get a nice webgui.

Here are some instructions for setting up a NodeJS mining pool. This is if you need to be able to share the rewards with other contributors. I'm happy to help further, but I don't know what functionality you need to get from this pool setup.
