Yet Another General Purpose Discord Bot will do what you need. You can do any subreddit, multiple subreddits, embed images, filter by upvotes, etc. and all for free. I use it on multiple servers.

Did MEE6 actually just make one of the most basic things a discord bot can do a premium feature? 💀
It's been that way for a while now from what I remember. I normally end up using either Pancake or YAGPDB for reaction roles as it's way better through them (And free).
