OP, looks like you are trying to install the essentialsX minecraft mod. Also, good job on checking it with virus total, but one or two relatively low profile things is normal. But in any case, here is the official site.

New to MC Server Admin - Help with questions
A *big* plugin is EssentialsX. It adds a lot of the essentials and honestly I can't name a single server that doesn't use this plugin or some branch of Essentials. The only servers I can name that don't obviously use EssentialsX are servers like Hypixel where nearly every plugin is custom-made.
What are some alternatives?
