I am finally replacing my IKEA and Aqara hub and going Conbee 2. Which coordinator software is best for HomeBridge in your opinion?
Thanks for the information! I saw the announcement that Hue and deCONZ plugins will be decoupled (for anyone wondering here is the official statement - https://github.com/ebaauw/homebridge-hue/issues/1070 ) but was wondering if the new deCONZ plugin is stable enough for day to day usage? Further more the biggest pain with deCONZ itself according to most online sources is pairing. Have you noticed an improvement with that?

Homekit Automation with Commercial Hue Lightstrip
In situations like this, I recommend the homebridge-hue plugin. this plugin can pull all zigbee devices bound to the bridge into homekit. and, as a note, it is meant to be done in place of the stock homekit integration.

Agara Motion Detector
You can buy a ConBee II and connect it to homebridge using the homebridge hue plugin. Great thing about this setup is you can then connect any Zigbee device without buying a hub for every product line you want to add to your home. I have Aqara sensors, Hue strips and IKEA shades all connected to the ConBee and they work great in HomeKit.
