HELP: Execute a shortcut when a HomeKit scene runs
In Homebridge, create a dummy switch, I would use the automation switch plugin and use a standard switch and call it door lock.

Send push notification when temperature below or above XX degree
I’m using Automation switches for that. You can basically set the switch to be triggered as soon as the temperature reaches a certain value. In Apple‘s Home App, you can configure notifications to be triggered if the automation switch is activated.

HELP: Execute a shortcut when a HomeKit scene runs
They do have an API and there is a way in the app to get a token and secret key. I think those credentials are what's used to integrated into their Homebridge stuff as well - but Homebridge/HOOBS doesn't have door lock support (just their other products). Granted, I'm also not a coder - I am just barely able to fumble myself around these kind of pre-made tools here and there.

Does anybody know how to integrate a Switchbot hub?
Yes, according to the OpenAPI information, IR devices can be controlled in much the same way as my curtains using API REST commands. You just need to insert the device ID for your IR blaster and the commands as indicated on the tables on that page. To find your device IDs, you can issue this command in a terminal/powershell:
