Sony Bravia plug-in
You will need both the Homebridge Alexa and Homebridge Dummy Contact plugins. You need to setup the latter to create a dummy contact sensor and the former to pass the dummy contact's state to Alexa to trigger an Alexa routine. If I am not mistaken, only motion sensors and contact sensors can trigger Alexa routines.

Dummy Switch
This is the plug-in that you need. Your config should look like this { "name": "Sunroom Outlet", "stateful": true, "reverse": false, "time": 1000, "resettable": false, "contact": true, "accessory": "homebridge-dummy-contact.DummySwitch" }, When you make the dummy contact you’ll have a switch and a contact sensor pop up in Home app, when you turn the switch on it opens the contact and closes when switched off. When Alexa discovers devices she will find both. You can make a routine based off of the state change of the contact sensor.

Use Siri (HomePod) to control Alexa plugs
You'll need to use homekit dummy contact to create a dummy plug and contact sensor. The contact sensor reacts to the status of the dummy plug.
