Help creating an East-Asian Tavern
I want to create an east-asian inspired tavern. Once I'm done I'll post on this subreddit a polished version (using The Homebrewery). By commenting you are giving me permission to copy your suggestions.

The Gazetteer Vol. 1
I made this one to mimic the Baldur's Mouth newspaper, as seen in BG3, using the Homebrewery - I created a template here.

What tools are you missing?
Quite a few people seem to think there should be (and are surprised to find there isn't) something that lets them dump in their Google Doc design and have it magically formatted into a pretty PDF for them. Something like Homebrewry, but not D&D-centric, and they probably expect it to be even easier than however you edit stuff on there.

The `hanging-punctuation property` in CSS
One example that I contribute to: https://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com
It is a code mirror app that outputs md styled like dnd books. It’s very much a “round peg in square hole” project, using html/css to create print materials, but for many it is good enough. It is just html and css, and allows customization, and precise styling requires precise css properties.
As you noted, it does only work well in one browser, Chrome on desktop (even though I think all the devs use FF as their daily driver). But as another commenter noted, the answer is that you design on one machine and share via pdf.

Does anyone have a copy of this map that doesn't have the labels on it? I'm trying to rotate it for a friend who doesn't like the compass orientation, and I'd appreciate having a clean version without the place labels to serve as the base
Is this from one of the Strength of Thousands pdfs? You can just use Token Tool or Photoshop or some other app to extract the clean images from the pdf.

Does anyone have a cool token for Pluto Jackson for Roll20?

Good place for Free Roll20 Assets?
For tokens I use TokenTool. easy enough to use, I've even made a token on the fly and uploaded to Roll20 without there being a big delay in the game. Like KaijuK41 mentioned r/battlemaps is great, google searches work too. If you find music that is copyright free or w/e it possible to use programs like Audacity to trim the music down to a file size that Roll20 accepts, I generally do 15-20 minutes exported at the smallest file size.

Looks like RPTools has finally gone down, no more map tools or Token Tool
The GitHub with the most recent releases of MapTool and TokenTool is still running and active.

Absalom Map Folio for use in Foundry?
You can extract the image files from the pdf with programs like a token tool . The resolution is great, I had to lower it even for performance reasons.

Map question
You can use Tokentool. Download and instal it, then open your PDF with it. This will separate every layer of the images, and you will have the possibility to save them separately. Then, you can print the layers you want.
