Nice additions. I like in particular the removal of the indexes, and how quotes look better.
Just a heads that if you use a dark theme (e.g. [1]), then it makes a whole mess, with illegible colors, parts in white background and so on. Not a surprise, given both are fighting to manipulate the DOM.
