This is an error message from HTTP accelerator software Varnish used on thousands of websites. Obviously inspired by the original Amiga EM.

Hacking Varnish
The community has exciting and free shares, such as VSF, but it's still a work in progress, and I doubt they have the necessary time and resources to support all versions. Anyway, it can be a great inspiration to set security rules in your Varnish.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing hitch and VSF you can also consider the following projects:
varnish-cache - Varnish Cache source code repository
libvmod-throttle - Varnish: Reject or delay requests after given tresholds are reached. (Think API rate limit, or per-ip MISS rate limit)
