    What I would do now, is; use this library https://github.com/georgique/world-geojson load the polygon GPS lat/long data into postgresql or dgraph, and then just query in which country the coordinate/user is. BUT I need it in production, and I already know that I will run into problems and spend time to fix them and so on. And maybe performance will suck and I gotta spend time fixing that too.
