The only way I know is by creating psp bubbles, they'll show up on hexflow launcher, then you can download the covers in hexflow or just download from here - https://github.com/andiweli/hexflow-covers/tree/main/Covers and add them via vitashell.

I wish there was a port of arms for ps vita

I just jailbroke my vita recently and I’m very new to this all and I want to know what should I download?
