I know the feeling - I was searching for a way to keep up with the latest development trends for my favorite tech stack (Android, TypeScript, Ruby) without having to switch between multiple websites. But I couldn't find a solution that worked for me, so I created one called Hackertab. Every day, I auto gather content from the best sources out there (like Dev.to, Hacker News, and this subreddit!) and organize it by programming language or topic. It is not a port of an iPhone nor an iPad app and it is not a Catalyst app either. It is an AppKit app written in Swift. It is made exactly for the Mac following its platform conventions. You can read more about it on my GitHub README.
