The transformation is complete
Both! There are tons of STLs on every model site (Thangs even has a dedicated Gridfinity category) but you can also design your own using the specs here, or use one of the parametric generators like this one for Fusion 360 or this one for OpenSCAD.

Gridfinity - The efficiency version (GridFiciency?). My tweak to Gridfinity to allow for flat bottomed boxes, faster prints and less plastic waste.
There is the github that has them rebuilt in OpenSCAD: https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad

Using the refined OpenSCAD files can I lower the label tab with "no lip" and "keep height selected"?
New to the community but loving everything everyone is doing with gridfinity! A quick question I'm hoping someone can answer regarding some changes using the OpenSCAD implementation found here: https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad

Switched from Cura to Prusa Slicer and having issues with printing bins. Works fine with any bins sliced in Cura but does this with Prusa. Ideas?
I highly recommend gridfinity rebuilt openscad. It's wonderful and easily allows you to customize bins

Spaghetti in the Magnet holes
Gridfinity Rebuilt uses a technique from this guy to stop that from happening.

Base for my charging station
Just a note to anyone following this thread the base version of the rebuild is here https://www.printables.com/model/274917-gridfinity-rebuilt-in-openscad but this does not have the screw holes in it. For that you need to go to git hub (link in the printables entry) https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad and source the openscad from there - note this seems to be the experimental version and as such you might have problems with it that you would have with the more stable printables release.

Prusa MK3S+ and 6x2 boxes or bigger. What is best way to print these?
There’s also one of my favorite gridfinity projects, the opens and port. https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad. You could go into the constants file and increase the wall thickness to whatever you want.

Better Magnet Holes?
That was me. There's this one and I think this one as well.

What the general consensus for filament type and printing method for gridfinity?
I use https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad to create my own versions of gridfinity. I don't need the holes at the bottom, besides they usually don't print right for me anyway. I do no holes, no tab, and no scoop. If you do this I suggest keeping the lip it makes the side stronger.

where to find or how to generate x.5 size boxes?
I also found github.com/vector76/gridfinity_openscad.git

- new to fusion 360 (migrating from onshape), errors when editing parameters

F360 Template without need for support for the bottom magnets
I recently used the gridfinity template for F360 (provided by Zack) as well as the OpenScad implementation by vector76 (https://github.com/vector76/gridfinity_openscad) and I found out that the OpenScad version has a nice little feature in the magnet holes on the bottom which enables printing without support (which produces much cleaner prints of the bottom magnet holes of the bins). I played around with the F360 templated and came up with a F360 version that has the same feature and can also be printed without support on the bottom.

Ported to OpenSCAD
Well for Gridfinity, either my scripts here or this one are good starting points. For OpenSCAD in general, the cheatsheet has all the functions the program can do. If you want to make bins for specific tools, you can make a solid bin and then subtract the negative to fit your tool. You should look into the 2D, linear_extrude, translate, and difference functions to learn how to do that. I'm sure there are Youtube videos on how to use OpenSCAD, but I don't know any to recommend because I learned through trial and error.
