Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Do we have any Prometheus metric to get the kubernetes cluster-level CPU/Memory requests/limits?
We use kube-prometheus-stack for metrics and have added the K8s views dashboards from grafana-dashboards-kubernetes. You should check out the k8s-views-global dashboard. I believe it's just what you are looking for.

How to monitor disk usage of persistent volumes?
I want to monitor disk usages of persistent volumes in the cluster. I am using CoreOS Kube Prometheus. A dashboard is trying to query with a metric called kubelet_volume_stats_capacity_bytes which is not available anymore with Kubernetes versions starting from v1.12.
