Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Good "cheat sheets" for command-line tools?
On Debian (which I use), the system-provided package for adb does include command completion. It looks like people have even written Bash completion functions for gradlew, though I don't think I work on Android projects often enough to make installing it worthwhile.
