Unable to understand the Vagrant file
According to the hostmanager plugin README, it can manage the guest machine (the VM created) /etc/hosts file (manage_guest set to true) or, when manage_host is true, it will manage the host (typically the machine you run Vagrant on)/etc/hosts file.
